We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: Yuanlingxinyuan, Shiyan Road, Baoan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
There are certain items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a smooth and efficient process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned earlier, including the item being in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
