When the Jingdezhen Porcelain Started

Date back to Han Dynasty, which is 1800 years ago.

At that time, Jingdezhen was firing pottery instead of porcelain. However, we still haven't gotten any tangible evidences from archaeologists to prove it. What the archaeologists found was some relics of kilns built in the mid-rate reign of Tang dynasty. In those ancient kilns, the first batch of porcelain started to face the world and they’ve got a beautiful name as they look ---Celadon.
